INPRIME is committed to protecting privacy. At the beginning of each project a list of representatives of both parties who will have access to the information is drawn up. INPRIME consultants have the right to transfer information only to persons who have the appropriate authorization.
- All our employees sign non disclosure agreements.
- Information is encoded before the start of a project.
- Consultants do not work with project documents in public places.
- All employees’ desks are equipped with lockers.
- The computer network is delimited by user level access rights.
- Upon completion of a project, all information is stored on removable media in a safe.
- All drafts of a project’s working materials are destroyed (we do not leave any information on flip charts).
- If a company works with several customers from the same industry, then customer information is available only to consultants working directly with them.
